Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your location. Delivery time begins after your order has been processed and shipped.

Domestic (U.S.):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if offered): 1–3 business days

International:

Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)
Note: International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us — we’ll do our best to assist.
